I help them find peace of mind - more joy, happiness, fun and fulfillment so that when they wake up they are eager to begin each day.
Here's an example. I worked with a lawyer who was looking for something more, but didn't know what it was. During our coaching we discovered he had many talents that he wasn't using in his current job, which he found frustrating. By uncovering these interests we were able to devise ways he could use them more in his current work, as well as how he could apply them should he choose to change his job. He completed the coaching with renewed enthusiasm, as well as a blueprint of his next steps.
